Hi, my name is Catalin Iovan, and I’m originally from Romania. My journey has taken me to various places, each offering a unique palette of flavors and aromas. Since stepping behind the bar in 2018, I’ve been dedicated to perfecting my work, ensuring that each drink tells a story.
